Cute USB Drives and USB Hubs

The invention of the small USB drives has certainly made file storage and portability a breeze. When these first came out, you simply had a memory stick that was seen only for its functionality and practicality. Now, as with most things, manufacturers have begun jazzing them up a bit to suit the desires of the buying public.

There are so many cute USB drives on the market. If there is something you collect, then you're bound to find a USB drive made into one. I have to admit, I had never imagined a piece of cake being a flash drive, but you'll see that they make them.

Another handy invention is the USB hub that allows you turn one USB port into 4 or more. I've had one for years, but now they have some really stylish ones that make having it on your desk even more fun. They are conversation pieces for sure.

The MIMO Jalapeno USB Drive is one of my favorites. It comes in green. They have a red and a yellow variety of the same pepper shape, but the red one is called a cayenne pepper and the yellow one is called Pepperoncini. They are all adorable and would look really festive together in a salsa bowl on your desk.

This MIMO Ice Coffee with Chocolate Chips USB Drive looks just like one of your favorite Starbucks drinks.  Who would guess it actually holds your data?  Too cute.  I'm not able to tell how big it actually is.

Another cute idea for memory storage for the kids, teenagers or college student. These adorable Sesame Street characters are actually USB flash drives, but they also contain a Sesame Street full-length video that cannot be erased.

This miniature traffic light is actually a 4-port USB hub. It's perfect for the automobile buff. Wouldn't those be cute paired with a car mouse? The red light is the power indicator.

If you're a big fan of Doctor Who like I am then this TARDIS hub is perfect! Whenever you plug or unplug a device from the 4-port hub, the blue light on top flashes off and on. It also plays the dematerialization noise. There is an on/off switch for the sound. It stands about 5 inches tall. Wouldn't some cute Doctor Who collectible figurines be cute next to it?

I stumbled across the cute cow or bull hub. I just found him to be quite unusual. For one, he's blue and has a bull ring in his nose. Secondly, the hub ports on the side and he has no legs. He moos when you plug him in. How cute is that?!

This adorable yellow M&M candy is wearing a hard hat and tool belt.  He's 5" tall x 4 3/4" wide x 6" deep.  He holds 4 USB ports.  What a cute idea for the M&M lover.
